Job Description

Role & responsibilities Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial statements. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely processing of invoices and receipts. Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Tax Filing: Assist with tax calculations, VAT returns, and other statutory filings. Bank Statements: Process and reconcile bank statements, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Financial Records Management: Maintain organized financial records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Expense Tracking: Monitor and report on company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial policies. Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and external audits. Software Utilization: Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) to enter data, generate reports, and maintain records. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, operations) to resolve any discrepancies.
