What is the role?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive with hands-on Tally experience to join our growing finance team. This is an on-site role at our Chembur office and is ideal for someone who has worked extensively on Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime in day-to-day accounting functions.

JKey Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally – record purchase, sales, cash & bank entries, expenses, journal entries, and fixed assets.
• Prepare and process payments via bank portals with proper tax documentation.
• Handle GST and TDS calculations and support monthly/quarterly filings.
• Perform bank and vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the finance team in audits and reporting activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience using Tally for accounting.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a D2C or product-based company is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
