Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Finance Executive to manage daily accounting activities, financial records, and compliance requirements. The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, taxation support, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense statements
Perform bank and cash reconciliations regularly
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
Maintain records for audits and coordinate with auditors
Monitor expenses and assist in budget tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.)
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
0 to 1 years of experience in accounts or finance roles (freshers may apply with good knowledge)
