Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Assist in maintaining accounting records including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Help with invoice processing, vendor payments, and receivables tracking.

2. Financial Reporting

Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
Collaborate with team members in compiling data for audits and tax filings.

3. Budgeting & Expense Tracking

Participate in budget preparation exercises.
Monitor and record expenses; flag discrepancies and support analysis.

4. Compliance Support

Learn and assist with regulatory requirements like GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
Coordinate document submission and liaise with auditors when required.

5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with internal departments such as HR, procurement, and operations to align financial practices.
Contribute to process improvement ideas and system updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Internship or academic exposure to financial systems (preferred but not mandatory)
