Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books.
• Managing payables, receivables, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Monthly closing, reconciliation, and maintaining clean, audit-ready records.
• GST, TDS, and MCA compliance, including coordination with our CA.
• Tracking inventory accounting, landed costs, SKU cost structures, and working capital.
• Maintaining financial documentation, invoices, and statutory records.
• Preparing monthly MIS, P&L summaries, and simple cash-flow reports for the founder.
• Coordinating with warehousing and logistics teams for stock and billing alignment.
• Helping set up or improve lightweight accounting systems and processes as the business scales.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, preferably in D2C, retail, or FMCG
• Proficiency in ZohoBooks and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, MCA filings, and compliance workflows.
• Experience with inventory accounting and basic costing in product-led businesses.
• Ability to work independently across bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly closes.
• Comfort preparing MIS, P&L statements, dashboards, and expense reports.
• High attention to detail, time management, and reliability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
