Account Executive (US F&A)

You are urgently hiring accountants for the Faridabad office. Your responsibilities include having a good knowledge of accounting and best practices, accurately preparing journal entries, recording financial transactions, reconciling and balancing the general ledger, tracking deviations from the budget, creating, processing, and distributing invoices, creating financial statements, aging analysis & reports, preparing and filing tax returns, managing compliance with local accounting laws & regulations, managing company accounts, having data entry experience, hands-on experience of invoice processing, debtors & creditors reconciliation, willingness to learn and contribute in all 3 towers (P2P, O2C, R2R) of accounting. Preferred experience & qualifications for this position are 2-5 Yrs experience, UG/PG in Commerce Stream, proficiency in bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage intact, PDI, SAP, Oracle, Tally, excellent communication skills, excellent Excel skills including a strong understanding of basic Excel formulas like V-lookup, If function, H-lookup, Sum, Pivot table, etc., typing skills, relevant experience in the same domain. The work schedule is open to working in shifts, 5 days working from the office, and US Shift.
