Drive MIS reporting across HR, Accounting, and Export Documentation—deliver dashboards and insights on KPIs like payroll variances, financial trends, and document accuracy.
Oversee all facets of Accounting: general ledger, financial statements, reconciliations, tax compliance, and timely month/quarter/year-end closures.
Collaborate with HR on manpower metrics—turnover, recruitment efficiency, compensation trends—as part of MIS data analysis.
Manage Export Documentation processes, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs compliance, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
Lead process automation and improvements, leveraging tools like Excel macros or BI systems to streamline reporting workflows.
Mentor and guide the accounting and documentation team to ensure high performance, accuracy, and regulatory adherence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
1+ years of relevant experience in financial management, MIS reporting, and export documentation.
