Accounting Executive (Male, with Export Knowledge)

We are seeking a Male Accounting Executive with export documentation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage accounting operations, MIS reporting, and export documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive MIS reporting across HR, Accounting, and Export Documentation—develop dashboards and insights on key metrics such as payroll variances, financial trends, and documentation accuracy.
• Oversee all facets of Accounting: general ledger, financial statements, reconciliations, tax compliance, and month/quarter/year-end closures.
• Collaborate with HR on manpower metrics—turnover, recruitment efficiency, and compensation trends—for MIS analysis.
• Handle Export Documentation processes including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs compliance; ensure accuracy and on-time dispatch.
• Lead process automation and improvements, using Excel macros or BI tools to optimize reporting workflows.
• Mentor and guide the accounting and documentation team for performance, accuracy, and adherence to statutory norms.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, MIS reporting, and export documentation.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial management tools.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Male candidates preferred (role involves coordination with export logistics and field operations).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
