Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a B.Com graduate to join our Accounts team. This role involves handling accounting-related documents, ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining records, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day documentation and process coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and maintain accounting documents in the Document Management System (DMS).
Ensure timely and accurate indexing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
Assist in tracking and retrieving documents as required by the accounts team.
Support the accounts payable and receivable teams with necessary document flow.
Ensure all financial records are properly stored and easily accessible.
Follow up with internal departments or vendors for any missing documentation.
Assist during audits by providing required documentation and reports.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial records.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of accounting and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with document management software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Willingness to learn and support a fast-paced accounting environment.
