Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally.
Record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
Handle petty cash, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer ledgers.

2. Taxation & Compliance:

Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
Handle TDS, PF, and ESI filings.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and financial statement preparation.

3. Invoicing & Documentation:

Create and verify invoices, debit/credit notes, and delivery challans.
Ensure timely collection of payments and reconciliation of receivables and payables.
Maintain import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

4. Financial Analysis & Reporting:

Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide insights on cost control and financial efficiency.

5. Coordination & Support:

Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal departments regarding payments and settlements.
Support management in preparing MIS reports and data for decision-making.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial data.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance (manufacturing / D2C / trading background preferred).
Proficiency in Tally.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian accounting regulations.
Good Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
