Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Pancode, Ernakulam

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible candidate with an accounting background to manage GST filing and basic accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of GST return filing, bookkeeping, and Tally/Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file monthly and quarterly GST returns.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Reconcile purchase, sales, and input tax credits.
Assist in preparing invoices and bills.
Handle day-to-day accounts and support the finance team.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com or any accounting-related qualification.
Basic knowledge of GST filing procedures.
Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Freshers with accounting knowledge can apply.

Skills Required:

Strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Basic computer skills

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Day shift
On-site at Pancode, Ernakulam

Salary:

Based on qualification and experience (Negotiable)
