Job Description

As a member of the Premium Services Team at Cisco, you play a crucial role in driving customer outcomes for Cisco's multi-architecture portfolio. You will have the exciting opportunity to work on large transformational deals and Services EAs, contributing significantly to the success of the organization. Your impact in this role will be substantial as you will be a subject matter expert on Technology & cross-Architecture solutions/Services. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of customers" technology landscape, including Applications, Infrastructure, and Architecture. Your advisory role to account teams and customers will be pivotal in ensuring successful outcomes. Building influential relationships is a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with customers, channel partners, and account team members to meet business goals and objectives. Utilizing appropriate communication methods, you will influence others and establish strong relationships that drive mutual success. Customer focus is paramount in this role. You will support customers throughout the sales process, actively seeking and addressing customer requirements while balancing business needs. Resolving challenges in a timely and professional manner, you will take ownership of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Negotiation skills will be essential as you effectively explore interests and options to reach agreements that benefit all parties involved. Using legitimate data and objective criteria to support your proposals, you will drive successful outcomes through strategic negotiations. Critical thinking is a core competency required for this position. You will be tasked with identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities. By analyzing data from various sources, you will address sales challenges and identify new opportunities, making informed decisions based on sound analysis and judgment.
