Accounts Executive (SAP HANA)

Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with working knowledge of SAP HANA to support the day-to-day accounting functions of our finance department. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, account reconciliation, and assist in financial reporting using SAP MIRO systems.

Key Responsibilities:

banking entries, ledger reconciliation, Bank reconciliation , cash entries, expense accounting with MIRO, and TDS knowledge in SAP HANA.

Record and process daily financial transactions in MIRO.

Support accounts payable and receivable functions.

Assist with monthly closing, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.

Reconcile bank and vendor accounts regularly.

Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documents.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verifications and approvals.

Assist in preparing tax reports (GST, TDS) and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related degree.

Knowledge or training in SAP HANA module is mandatory.

Good understanding of basic accounting principles and standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

Experience using SAP MIRO , HANA.

Basic knowledge of statutory compliance and tax filings.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting domain.
