Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles and software, and be able to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments).
Maintaining ledgers and reconciling bank statements.
Preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns (with guidance if required).
Assisting in preparation of monthly/annual financial reports.
Coordinating with auditors and management for smooth accounting operations.
Managing petty cash and vendor payments.
Requirements:
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply).
Knowledge of Tally ERP / MS Excel is preferred.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary: Rs.12,000- Rs.20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
