Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the finance department across our group of institutes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple branches or units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organizational policies.
• Support branches/institutes in financial documentation and reporting.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in an accounting or finance role, preferably in an educational or multi-branch organization.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a group of educational institutions or similar setup.
• Knowledge of statutory compliances like GST, TDS, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
