Account Executive

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient supply chain solutions. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, delivering customized logistics services that meet the unique needs of each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Present and promote logistics solutions (e.g., freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, transportation) to prospective customers.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored service offerings that improve their supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and carrier management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously improve services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• 1+ years of sales or account management experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of logistics services and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with domestic and international logistics services.
• Existing book of business in logistics or transportation.
• Knowledge of freight rates, shipping regulations, and logistics technologies.

Pay: ₹18,009.74 - ₹21,372.86 per month
