Role Overview: As a member of the Premium Services Team at Cisco, you play a crucial role in driving customer outcomes for Cisco's multi-architecture portfolio. You will be involved in working on large transformational deals and Services EAs, contributing to the success of the team and the company. Key Responsibilities: - Be a subject matter expert on Technology & cross-Architecture solutions/Services, understanding customers" technology landscape (Applications/Infra/Architecture) to provide advisory support to account teams and customers. - Build influential relationships with customers, channel partners, and account team members to meet business goals and objectives. Use appropriate communication methods to influence others and establish strong relationships. - Demonstrate customer focus by supporting customers during the sales process, addressing customer requirements while balancing business needs, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Utilize negotiation skills to explore interests and options, reaching outcomes that gain agreement and acceptance of all parties by using legitimate data and objective criteria. - Apply critical thinking skills to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities, comparing data from different sources to address sales challenges and new opportunities, and making decisions based on sound analysis and judgment.
