As a member of the Premium Services Team at Cisco, you play a crucial role in driving customer outcomes across Cisco's multi-architecture portfolio. You will have the opportunity to work on significant transformational deals and Services EAs, contributing to the success of the team and the organization. Your impact in this role will be substantial as you become a subject matter expert on Technology and cross-Architecture solutions and services. Your ability to understand customers" technology landscape, including applications, infrastructure, and architecture, will enable you to provide valuable insights and guidance to account teams and customers alike. Building influential relationships is a key aspect of this role, as you collaborate with customers, channel partners, and account team members to achieve business goals and objectives. Your strong communication skills will allow you to influence others effectively and establish lasting relationships that drive success. Customer focus is paramount in this position, where you will support customers throughout the sales process, address their requirements, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty will be central to your role, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. Negotiation skills will be critical as you explore interests and options to reach mutually beneficial outcomes. Using legitimate data and objective criteria to support your proposals, you will strive to achieve agreements that satisfy all parties involved. As a critical thinker, you will excel at identifying and addressing issues, problems, and opportunities. By analyzing data from various sources and making informed decisions, you will navigate sales challenges and capitalize on new opportunities effectively.
