Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable functions and be responsible for managing the entire process of vendor payments and invoice processing to ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure all payments are processed within agreed payment terms.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment issues.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support audit and tax compliance activities as required.
Assist with other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduate degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance/accounting roles.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and invoice processing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of GST and tax compliance is desirable.
