Job Summary

Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance including timely filing of returns.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
Process vendor payments and maintain vendor reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
Support management in decision-making through financial analysis and reports.
Train and guide junior accounts staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
