Account Executive

Maplebees Digital & Analytics LLP is a fast-growing digital marketing and analytics agency that partners with brands and businesses to drive measurable growth through data-driven strategies. Our services span Digital Strategy, SEO, Performance Marketing, Branding, CRM, Analytics, and more.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including day-to-day entries in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks (or the software your company uses).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice generation, and follow-up with clients and vendors for payments.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance including returns filing in coordination with CA/tax consultants.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project costing, expense tracking, and client billing.
• Maintain organized records of financial documents for easy retrieval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience in agency/IT/digital industry preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
