Account Executive (male candidate)

Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining records of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of billing and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
• Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
