1. Final check point on all payments made across the group.
2. 100% accurate accounting and MIS as per the management requirements .
3. 100% compliance on income tax, GSt and other laws .
4. Proper control over board resolutions and filings with RoC and MoCA
5. Keep track of cashflow projections / actual cashflow statements and P&L of the business divisions .
