Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain accurate purchase and sales entries.
Post and verify expense entries against Purchase Orders (POs).Handle bank payment processing and bank payment entry.Maintain DP documents sheet tracking receipts related.Update and track payment and receipts.Pass Receipt Entry.Prepare Sales and Purchase Invoices through the accounting software in books.Assist in partial operations as assigned.Ensure all accounting processes comply with company policies and maintain confidentiality.Support reconciliation and maintain audit-ready records for all transactions.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar).Analytical and detail-oriented, with good organizational and problem solving skills.Ability to work independently, maintain integrity and confidentiality, and coordinate effectively with teams.Adaptable to cross-border operations and diverse work environments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
