Job Description: Maintaining updated books of accounts as per applicable. Preparing Profit & Loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement and relevant MIS, providing the required documents, information & reports timely. Regular & Timely compliance of TDS, Service Tax & foreign remittances along with the returns before due date. Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis. Prepare monthly account reconciliations. Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances. Assist with financial and tax audits. Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements. Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls. Other projects as assigned. Skills Required: Highly detail oriented and organized in work Excel, Tally & Quick Books Ability to meet assigned deadlines Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from management to accomplish Good Communication skill Well aware with systems Qualifications: B.com / M.
