Job Description

Account Executive

Take ownership of
direct and indirect taxation
processes, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
Prepare and file
GST returns
, reconcile GST data, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Manage
TDS calculations, payments, and filing of returns
; generate and distribute certificates.
Handle
tax assessments, audits
, and liaise with tax authorities for queries or notices.
Calculate
advance tax
, review tax provisions, and prepare tax-related schedules for financial statements.
Ensure full compliance with
statutory regulations
(PF, PT, ESIC, and other applicable laws).
Maintain accurate
financial records, ledgers
, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare
MIS reports and tax summaries
using
advanced Excel functions
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts, etc.).
Support
internal and external audits
with proper documentation and timely responses.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce.
3 - 5 years of experience in taxation-focused accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of
direct taxes, indirect taxes (GST), and statutory compliances
.
Proficiency in Excel
and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
