Job Description – Accounts Head

Position: Accounts Head

Location: Janak Puri, New Delhi

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Head to lead our accounting and finance function and manage a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise the accounting team and day-to-day accounting operations.

* Oversee bookkeeping, accounting finalisation and financial reporting.

* Review and monitor GST, Income Tax and TDS compliances.

* Handle GST reconciliations, TDS reconciliation and statutory compliance.

* Coordinate and assist in audit and taxation assignments.

* Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS and management reports.

* Review accounting records and ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance.

* Coordinate with clients, auditors and internal teams for accounting and compliance matters.

* Identify accounting/compliance issues and ensure their timely resolution.

* Guide and mentor junior team members and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Eligibility & Experience

* CA dropouts / Semi-qualified CAs or candidates with 10–12 years of relevant experience in a CA firm.

* Strong practical knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS and Auditing.

* Experience in team handling and client coordination will be preferred.

* Candidates should have good analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
