Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Tally Prime and hands-on experience in purchase and sales invoicing.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Prepare and process purchase invoices and sales invoices.
Enter purchase bills, sales bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain purchase and sales ledgers and accounting records.
Handle GST entries and maintain GST-related documents.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly accounting activities.

Requirements:

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 is mandatory.
Good experience in purchase billing and sales billing.
Knowledge of GST, accounting entries, and ledger maintenance.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
B.Com or a relevant commerce qualification preferred.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
