Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with strong expertise in Tally and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform regular data entry and update accounting transactions in Tally.

• Handle bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.

• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

• Maintain ledgers and vendor/customer accounts.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of Tally is mandatory.

• Strong experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation.

• Good data entry and accounting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Salary expectations should be within the maximum budget of 45,000 per month.

• Candidates must be confident and proficient in using Tally independently.
