Job Description

Job Opening – Accounts Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries and financial transactions.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment receipts.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain cash, bank, and expense records.
Perform bank reconciliation.
Use Tally and MS Excel for accounting activities.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Maintain financial documents and reports.
Support monthly closing and audit-related activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

B.Com / M.Com / BBA or a relevant degree.
6 months to 3 years of accounting experience.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Good communication and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
