Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain petty cash records and monitor cash transactions.
Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare monthly financial statements, expense reports, and outstanding payment reports.
Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with vendors for payments and account statements.
Monitor expenses, budgets, and payment schedules.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and consultants as required.
Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and compliance with company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
