Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records (ledgers, journals, invoices, etc.).
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and file GST/TDS returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements).
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in financial audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support in budgeting and financial forecasting.

Requirements and Skills

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in accounting/finance (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
