Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manages pass-through expenses (estimated/actual).
  • Prepares operational budgets & conducts financial activities.
  • Manages CAM collections & coordinates default proceedings.
  • Prepares financial reports for Property Manager review.
  • Generates reports (delinquency, A/R status, vacancy etc.).
  • Coordinates vendor invoices & timely processing.
  • Implements late payment fees & follow-ups.
  • Tracks lease admin (critical dates, charges, security deposits).
  • Maintains property Balance Sheet.
  • Handles resident billings for services & procurement.
  • Processes invoices, checks costs per agreement.
  • Manages bank reconciliations & TDS/TCS/Sales Tax compliances.
  • Reviews customer demands & billings
  • IT / GST return file as required.
  • Issue of work orders to the Vendors / Contractors at Site level.
  • Manage petty cash; issue work orders; prepare Service Entry Sheets (SES).
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with Security, Housekeeping, and Customer Relationship teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing and implementing customer service procedures to enhance customer experience.
  • Prepare reports on customer service performance, track and manage complaints, and ensure timely resolution and follow-up with customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the team to implement remedial actions.

Who are we looking for?

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, CA or related field with minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in accounting/reconciliation roles preferable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting software/Tally / SAP preferable.
