Account Executive, Global Products - NAMER

Role Overview: As an Account Executive at Rippling, you will have a unique opportunity to manage a high-velocity sales cycle while serving as an advisor to Rippling's customers. Your responsibilities will include engaging with interested prospects, understanding their business needs, recommending tailored solutions through Rippling's product, and closing revenue. You will be part of a multi-product organization, exposed to co-selling and solo-selling opportunities, and continuously trained on MEDDICC qualification methodology. Key Responsibilities: - Run sales cycles from discovery and demo to close - Close business and consistently achieve quota attainment - Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue - Become a product expert across Rippling's entire platform and understand the competitor landscape - Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers Qualifications Required: - BA/BS Degree - 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B - Experience carrying a sales quota - Track record of success (top 10% of sales org) - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills required, fluent in English (Note: Additional details of the company's preference for employees working in-office have been omitted as they are not directly related to the Account Executive role),
