Designation: Accounts Executive

Location: Andheri West

Work days and Time: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Experience: 3-5 years

Education: B.Com

Specifications:

Leave: 15 days paid leave after completing 1 year

Bonus : After completing one year

Reporting to : Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Single point of responsibility for all accounts-related work.
• Knows Journal Ledger like purchase entry, sales entry.
• Bookkeeping & Finalization of books of accounts, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill.
• Calculations and working for Reconciliation, e-Returns & compliance

requirements of GST.

• Bank reconciliation, net banking, e-Payment of statutory dues, cash flow, etc.
• Support executive management with financial insights and strategic

recommendations.

• Oversee internal and external audits. Liaise with external auditors, tax

authorities, banks, and other financial institutions.

• Tax Invoice of Govt to follow also with the customer vendor and written follow up payment.

Additional Skills:

• Strong in General Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS,
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally, GST Software
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel/Advanced Excel for calculations
• Good Communication skills.
