Job Description: Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience Required: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or relevant software.
Handle Accounts Payable (vendor bills, payments) and Accounts Receivable (customer invoices, follow-ups).
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely ledger updates.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Generate financial reports as required by management.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related field.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience working in a corporate or manufacturing setup.
Knowledge of advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Working Days & Timing

Monday–Saturday / Alternate Saturdays Off
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
