We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial compliance for our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Tally ERP, GST filings, and accounts reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Record all purchase, sales, journal, debit/credit note entries.
Handle accounts payable & receivable.
Maintain ledgers, trial balance, and monthly financial statements.

Taxation & Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
Handle TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance.
Support external auditors during audits.

Banking & Finance

Reconcile bank statements regularly.
Prepare payments, NEFT/RTGS, cheque handling, vendor payments.
Manage petty cash transactions.

Reporting

Prepare MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet (monthly/quarterly).
Track receivables, payables, and outstanding payments.
Share financial updates with management.

Required Tools/Software Knowledge

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (mandatory)
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
GST portal (filings, reconciliation)
TDS portal (basic understanding)
E-way Bill portal handling
Basic knowledge of MS Word / Outlook

Experience & Education

Education: B.Com preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years in accounts role.
Background: Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and GST compliance is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
