Job Title: Finance Executive Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 0-5 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Executive with excellent communication skills, strong expertise in Excel, and a solid foundation in accounting principles. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable. Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations. Work on general ledger entries and ensure accurate financial data. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. Work extensively with Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting. Prepare and review reconciliations, including bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations. Download and prepare financial reports from ERP/accounting systems. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in financial reporting and data analysis. Exposure to taxation and compliance processes. Basic knowledge of financial modeling. Why Join Us?
