Job Description

As an Account Executive at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and fostering lasting client relationships by leveraging innovative AI-driven solutions. Salesforce Agentforce, our cutting-edge innovation, utilizes real-time data analytics and AI to redefine Customer 360, enabling scalable and impactful customer interactions. As a member of the Agentforce Specialist selling team, you will be instrumental in shaping customer engagement and delivering groundbreaking results. In this role, you will utilize your sales expertise and technical acumen to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers. Collaborating closely with the Salesforce Sales team, you will seek opportunities to drive Agentforce growth among both existing and new customers. Your deep understanding of AI, cloud-based services, and complex technology solutions will be essential in articulating how Agentforce can address clients" critical business goals. You will conduct thorough technical discovery sessions to analyze complex business challenges and showcase how Agentforce's capabilities can drive impact at scale. By leading comprehensive discovery conversations, you will unearth clients" key business needs and demonstrate how Agentforce can be the solution they are seeking. Crafting compelling Points of View (POVs) that highlight the value of Agentforce across technical and business perspectives will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will collaborate across cross-functional teams within Salesforce to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process. By aligning our solutions with clients" long-term strategic objectives and presenting compelling Agentforce use cases, you will resonate with potential buyers and drive successful outcomes. To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree or equivalent relevant experience, along with at least 10 years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales. Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, as well as experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform, will be crucial. Your ability to explain AI models and solutions to both technical and non-technical clients, along with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment, will set you up for success. Overall, this role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, sales proficiency, and the ability to communicate complex AI-driven solutions effectively to a diverse audience.
