Job Title: Accountant cum Sales Coordinator (Female Only)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a female Accountant cum Sales Coordinator who will handle day-to-day accounting functions and support the sales team with coordination, documentation, and client communication. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in both accounting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, ledgers, and journals.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial records.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage petty cash and expense tracking.

Sales Coordination Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Coordinate between clients, sales, and operations for smooth order processing.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Follow up on pending payments and sales orders.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or sales coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a professional demeanor.

Preferred:

• Experience in [industry, e.g., trading, manufacturing, logistics].
• Knowledge of GST / VAT and other statutory compliance.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
