Job Description

Peak Process Partners is hiring a dedicated Afterhours Account Coordinator to support our Operations team during non-business hours.

Location: On-Site
Employment Type: Full-Time, Afterhours Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage afterhours shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
  • Proactively communicate any issues, delays, or critical updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and dispatch to resolve transit challenges such as breakdowns, traffic delays, or access issues.
  • Update TMS (Transportation Management System) with accurate and timely information.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing support afterhours.
  • Provide clear, professional communication in all interactions.
  • Troubleshoot problems quickly to maintain customer satisfaction and operational continuity.
  • Assess issues such as equipment breakdowns, route delays, or missed appointments and determine the best course of action.
  • Identify operational risks and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Make decisions under pressure to keep freight moving and minimize service failures.

Qualifications Required

  • Previous experience in logistics, customer service, transportation, or a fast-paced operations environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to solve problems under pressure and think quickly.
  • Comfortable working independently during afterhours without direct supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
