Account Based Marketing Manager - Enterprise (Manufacturing)

As an Account Based Marketing Manager at Autodesk, you will play a crucial role in driving growth within a targeted set of accounts in the manufacturing sector. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with sales on account plans and marketing strategy, identifying marketing opportunities to support business growth, planning and executing account-based marketing plans with clear objectives, nurturing contacts within prioritized accounts, creating Executive Connect & Engagement Programs, and fostering peer-to-peer interaction among customers to share best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales on account plans, marketing strategy, tools, and customer programs - Identify marketing opportunities to support business growth - Plan and execute account-based marketing plans with clear objectives - Nurture contacts within prioritized accounts and engage them with innovative marketing - Create Executive Connect & Engagement Programs - Foster peer-to-peer interaction among customers to share best practices - Develop programs, tools, and assets to showcase Autodesk as a strategic partner - Measure the success of account-based marketing programs - Navigate the Autodesk organization to identify resources that support account goals - Be the "voice" of the account teams and customers within the larger Autodesk organization Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 8+ years in B2B enterprise software - Industry background in Design and Manufacturing is a plus - Master's degree in management - Demonstrated ability to provide strategic input to sales team - Experience in account-based marketing capacity - Direct customer-facing experience in solution sales role - Executive engagement and event management experience - Team player with cross-functional work ability - Experience using salesforce.com - Ability to travel up to 30% during peak times About Autodesk: Autodesk is a company that helps innovators turn their ideas into reality, transforming how things are made across various industries.
