Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Account Assistant to join our Accounts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who is eager to learn the fundamentals of accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, be organized, and willing to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting entries such as purchases, sales, payments, and receipts.

Support in invoice preparation, bill verification, and data entry.

Maintain and update ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.

Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for financial documentation.

Help prepare GST reports, TDS calculations, and other compliance documents under supervision.

Assist in bank reconciliations and cashbook maintenance.

Organize and maintain physical and digital records of financial documents.

Provide support during audits and internal reviews.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles (journal entries, ledger, trial balance).

Familiarity with MS Excel and Tally or other accounting software (preferred).

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
