Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and experience in handling bills, invoices, and records.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries
Prepare and manage invoices and bills
Record purchase and sales transactions
Maintain vouchers, receipts, and payment records
Assist in bank reconciliation and cash handling
Support senior accounts staff in monthly reports
Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounts data
Follow company accounting policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
Graduation in Commerce or related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in accounts or bookkeeping
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Experience with accounting software is an advantage
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
