Generate leads through field visits, local marketing, and customer referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers. Conduct product demonstrations and explain finance/loan options. Maintain proper sales records and follow-up with potential customers. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales field experience Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel locally. Position 2: Team Leader (1 Position) Responsibilities: Lead a team of sales executives to achieve collective targets. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and field support. Develop and execute local marketing activities to boost sales. Coordinate with finance, service, and delivery teams. Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
