Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Full-Time, Work From Office)

Location: Vasai, Maharashtra

Salary: Up to ₹8,000/month (negotiable)

Fahinds Solutions is a growing organization based in Vasai, Maharashtra, providing digital, technical, and business solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our daily accounting and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate financial and bookkeeping records
• Handle daily data entry, billing, and voucher preparation
• Assist with preparing invoices, receipts, and payment tracking
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
• Support monthly and annual closing of accounts
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups
• Assist in GST/VAT/TDS-related documentation (as applicable)
• Maintain petty cash and manage basic administrative accounting tasks
• Support the senior accountant and management team as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Freshers or 1 year of experience preferred

Work Schedule

Full-time (6 days a week, Monday to Saturday)
