Accouning Supervisor - Australia

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead & manage a team of 5-8 accounting professionals
• Supervise supplier payments, payroll processing and banking
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, & financial statements
• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely & accurate financial reporting
• Bank statements, intercompany transactions
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations

We are looking for a motivated accountant for Australian accounting clients who has experiance as team leader to lead a team of hotel accountants.

The ideal candidate has a good command of the English language (both spoken and written) is computer literate and very organized with a high attention to detail.

This is a full function accounting role and involve communication with other stake holders i.e. client, suppliers and employees of the Australian client.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Accounts post graduate or CA inter with a hands on experience of 5 to 10 years
• Experience in Australian accounting using MYOB and Xero is highly desirable for role
• Proven experience in management accounting, analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and provide insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadline

Please note this is an onsite job starting at 9:00 am and finishing at 06:00 pm (Sydney time. Current start time as per Indian time is 4.30 am soon will be 3.30 am) based in Gaur City Center, Sector 4, Greater Noida West. It is Monday to Friday job. We provide pickup and drop facility by company car in 4-5 km radius of Gaur City Centre.
