Job Title: Accident Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accident Supervisor to join our team at Cannanore Automotive Co., a leading two-wheeler automobile manufacturer. As an Accident Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the accident repair process for two-wheeler vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient resolution, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate the accident repair process for two-wheeler vehicles, including estimating, planning, and executing repairs

· Assess damage, identify required repairs, and estimate costs

· Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth repair process

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

· Supervise and guide technicians and support staff on accident repair job

· Monitor repair progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions

· Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing

· Maintain records, documentation, and reports as required

· Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the repair process

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent

· 2-5 years of experience in accident repair, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

· Knowledge of two-wheeler vehicles, repair techniques, and industry standards

· Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
