Description
As the Assistant Manager - Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and managing key accounts in the bike accessories segment. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the dealer network to achieve revenue targets. Collaboration with dealership teams, vendors, and customers is essential to ensure high customer satisfaction and strong business performance. You will be expected to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and provide insights to stay ahead in the market. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and dealers, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing client satisfaction will be a key aspect of your role. Tracking sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing corrective action plans to meet sales targets will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and executing BTL marketing activities, organizing promotional campaigns, training sessions, and local riding events to enhance brand presence. Staying updated on the latest bike accessories, riding gear, and market trends, and training dealership staff and partners on product features and benefits will also be crucial for your success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, market expansion, dealer development, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience in event management, BTL marketing, and a target-driven mindset will be advantageous. Preferred industry experience includes working in the apparel, luggage, helmets, riding gear, or automotive accessories industries. A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automobile or bike accessories sector, is required for this full-time position.
