Job Description

You will be joining our team as a UI/UX Lead for a portal development program. Your role will involve leading the design and implementation of user interfaces and user experiences for our portal. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the design is user-friendly, visually appealing, and in line with the latest design principles. - Conduct accessibility audits to evaluate websites, applications, and other digital products for accessibility compliance. - Develop accessibility standards by creating and implementing policies and procedures. - Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to integrate accessibility into the design and development process. - Stay updated with the latest accessibility laws, guidelines, and best practices. - Must have knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, ADA, and other relevant guidelines. - Possess technical skills including proficiency in using accessibility evaluation tools and assistive technologies. - Previous experience in UX design, usability testing, and accessibility evaluation. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. - Experience in conducting performance tests and ensuring high design standards.,
